Promoter Manmohan Mall's all Construction activities in Vivek Vihar, Howrah has been stopped !
Somehow Howrah Municipal Corporation (HMC) has seriously considered the complains of the more than 3000 residents and now all the illegal construction activities of promoter Manmohan Mall has been stopped through a strict letter from HMC.
Now this promoter has to get NOC from Fire & Pollution department, which based on the real facts is next to impossible. It would be possible only in case if he again present/submit wrong informations and respective department put a blind eye while giving NOC.
I sincerely thank to all residents who has made it possible through their enormous effort and continuous follow up.
Still we have long way to go and should not leave half cremation of the cheat promoter and put full & final closure to its any further construction activities till he fulfill his promise of providing all basic amenties & facilities.
Its again a request to everyone to not purchase flats on 6th, 7th & 8th floor in Vivek Vihar, Phase -V, Howrah -711102. These all are illegal constructions and will be pulled down in coming future.

No Drinking Water for Residents
Manmohan Mall has done another inhuman thing which a normal human being avoids to do. He has stopped supply of drinking water of residents - because there is defect in motor and it will take around 5 days to get it repaired. In such a big complex where more than 3000 people stays; he has no spare motor which can be used as alternative. He has chosen very easy inhuman way to overcome this situation by stopping supply of drinking water to residents. He didnt bother how so many residents will remain without drinking water for 6/7 days.
He has no poper arrangements of supplying drinking water to existing residents and we are only getting it for 10 mins in a day. Even after that he is planning to add extra floors on existing buildings without knowing how he will arrange dinking water for new residents when he has failed his promise to provide regular supply of drinking water to existing residents.
Anyone planning to purchase flats in Vivek Vihar, Ph-V, please consider drinking water probem seriously before finalising anything. We are not getting it properly and are helpless.

Promoter Manmohan Mall has cheated and is cheating more than 3000 residents in Vivek Vihar Ph-V,
We have started this blog in order to give details on the problems and troubles faced by existing more than 3000 residents in Vivek Vihar Ph-V, Howrah.
To start with we would like to put forward the recent cruel action taken by promoter Manmohan Mall to construct additional 2/3 floors on the existing and old buildings where thousands of people are staying for more than 6 years- putting our life in extreme danger.
All of us have purchased home under the project wherein promoter has told that he will built only G+5 buildings and accordingly everyone has boked flats. Now the greediness of the promoter has increased so much that he has started constructing additional floors on the buildings, igonring the piling strength of buildings and danger to life of common people.
Our association has already figthing against him through court cases and agitation but the promoter is so greedy that to fulfill his ill and extremely dangerous wish, he regulalry file complain in police station agaisnst normal residents and association members so that noone can raise any legal voice against him.
He is not listening to more than 3000 common people who has invested their hard earned money to purchase their dream house in Vivek Vihar, Ph-V.
It's my sincere request to everyone who are planning to purchase home in the Vivek Vihar, Ph-V; please dont purchase, otherwise you will also feel cheated as we are feeling now. The promoters intention is not good and he dont care about the life of common people residing in the complex.
